a. Subscription Plans

We may offer subscription plans including but not limited to:

• Monthly Subscription — billed every month

• 3-Month Subscription — billed every three months

Pricing is displayed at time of purchase and may change in the future.

b. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (or the applicable app store provider) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

c. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• If purchased through an app store: cancellation must be completed through your app store account settings.

• If purchased through our website: cancellation must be done through your account portal or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

d. Refund Policy

Unless required by law:

• Payments are non-refundable

• Partial subscription periods are not refunded

• We do not provide refunds for unused time

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

e. Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is provided:

• You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges

• If not canceled, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or resell content from the Service

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Upload harmful or malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

All content provided through the Service, including stories, audio recordings, artwork, logos, and branding, is owned by The Lighthouse Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
